Our review and process implementation has involved an in-depth analysis of the IT platforms we operate, as well as the methodologies we employ regarding the handling of documentation (both physical and electronic) which may contain personal data, to ensure the limited personal data we hold is kept safe.
Auriga only holds personal information gathered in relation to its Business Clients, Business Suppliers, and live Business Sales Leads, in the form of:
- Contact Email Addresses
- Contact Telephone Numbers
- Addresses
- Emails
- Signatures (where provided on Contracts)
This information comes from business-related emails, voice calls and contract documents only, and is never shared with Marketing Companies or external entities, other than in the necessary course of business such as in relation to Banking and Hardware Shipping.
