Services Include -

BT Tower Access

Auriga enables Occasional Use access to BT Tower, with transmission (or receive) available by the hour.

Our architecture utilises cutting edge, Pro-MPEG FEC IP Encoding, available from any Event location using either incumbent or short-term, Auriga-provisioned IP connectivity. From here, Video is privately, securely routed in IP via the Auriga Kore Video Delivery Network, to the Company’s IP Ingest Facilities. From here, multiple Facility Lines deliver baseband SDI in HD or SD to BT Tower, for Tail acquisition by the recipient.

BT Tower is accessed by the World’s leading Broadcasters, with Auriga’s BT Tower Services providing the direct route for your content from Camera to world stage.

Services are designed to offer an OU model to drive cost-savings for Clients who might otherwise maintain long-term, expensive Facility Line contracts to BT Tower.

Point-To-Point Video Links

Auriga are experts in the deployment of Point-To-Point IP Video Links, having deployed over 100 such links from various global locations including Richard Branson’s Necker Island, Multiple Universities, Financial Centres, and even from the base of the Pyramids for the Professional Squash Association.

Video encoding is provided by cutting-edge, Pro MPEG FEC hardware, with the video path routed via Auriga’s secure, private Video Delivery Network which has points-of-presence at over 60 Global POPS, including over 7 Global Teleport across 5 continents.

Auriga’s PTP products provide the most economical and resilient form of IP video delivery available and are responsible for delivering over 50 Hours per Week to the Sky TV Platform.

Sky Platform Delivery

Auriga currently delivers over 50+ hours of Sports, Betting, Entertainment, Factual and News Content to the Sky TV Platform each week. With video delivery architecture positioned at network nodes including Arqiva, PAC TV, Information TV, Front Runner TV, Telenor UK and many more, Auriga is uniquely positioned to deliver your content to Sky via its proprietary IP Network for a fraction of conventional costs.

MCR Services

Auriga maintains its own privately operated MCR in central London and provides both long-term and occasional use MCR services for content including Sports, Factual, Entertainment, Financial and News. All services are fully redundant with Telephone Support from Live MCR Engineers available on a 24/7 basis. The MCR currently manages over 1000 x hours of content each week.
